Officially Acquired Verizon, Goodbye Yahoo!

Yahoo! shareholders decided to sell his business to Verizon business. Based on the agreement, the acquisition it will be closed on 13 June local time. The California internet pioneer said the agreement was based on the collection of votes in the special meeting of shareholders. Verizon's internet Division, AOL and Yahoo! will be incorporated into a single unit with carrying the new name i.e. Light.
